1962 Chevrolet Corvette came into the shop with a crack in the hood because the company that originally installed the hood actuator did not install a limiting switch. We built a limiting switch installed it as well as a custom laser cut 1/2" piece of plexiglass which we epoxies to the bottom of of the hood to add strength and to hide the crack. We also build a solid state disconnect so that when the car sits the battery doesn't drain. A Drone Mobile GPS was installed so that the customer can monitor battery levels and the location of the vehicle via mobile app in his phone from anywhere in the world. Finally we cut out a custom bracket with our laser cutter for the limiting switch.
